Poppy Extravaganza

Whilst trawling through the Metro today I cam across this extraordinary one of a kind dress, modelled by opera singer Katherine Jenkins.
This dress was made out of an amazing 2,5000 poppies.

Marcia Kilgore…the lady that rocked the beauty fashion industry

Marcia Kilgore is one woman who believed in her product and its ability and launched ‘Bliss’- now a successful bath and beauty brand.

Being six weeks from giving birth does not make a difference to this hardworking inspiring business woman. This Canadian entrepreneur opened her first Bliss salon in 1996 and along with it launched the bath and beauty brand.

So what’s a key secret in her enormous success…?

“Part of the appeal of Bliss is the playful names for its products”

Kilgore herself explains “I’ve always loved to do humorous things and entertain people.”

La Geneve North goes to Leeds...

This month La Geneve North magazine went to spot the fashionistas in Leeds. Alice (our trends snapper) managed to spot and snap some fantastic ensembles. The key trends for this season were most def evident such hence the footless tights, black skinnies and oversized bags. There were indeed some great individual styles as evident in the pics.
